White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Commercial Division is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth flow of fleet operation and controlling the vehicle fleet for inbound and outbound transport.
Key Responsibilities:
•Creating logistics schedule based on upcoming delivery notes
•Planning material movement based on vehicle fleet
•Creating logistics schedules based on upcoming delivery notes.
•Planning material movement based on the vehicle fleet.
•Scheduling deliveries to different locations to ensure optimum vehicle usage and minimize multiple trips.
•Coordinating deliveries between Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Al Ain locations.
•Minimizing outsourcing of transportation through effective planning and scheduling.
•Monitoring driver schedules using GPS and Gate Pass records (O Duration, etc.)
•Analyze and optimize logistical procedure
•Handle admin works related to logistics.
•Bachelor’s degree holder
•Strong coordination and communication abilities
•Time management and problem-solving skills.
•Skilled in ERP system and Microsoft Excel
•At least 1–2 years in logistics / store operation
