Work Profile Include Making outbound and receive inbound calls, emails and chats
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle inbound & outbound calls ( Explain Company profile to customer)
2. Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
3. Keep accurate data on all tasks performed as per defined format,
4. Keep customer documents secured and filed accordingly
