A reputable facilities management company in Business Bay, Dubai, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer Assistant to assist in overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance operations for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Manage maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors.
Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain maintenance logs and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance (UAE experience preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Familiarity with CMMS or other maintenance management systems.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
