Job Description

MGPI is seeking a professional and reliable Male Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support at its Abu Dhabi office. In this role, you will manage daily office operations, handle all forms of professional correspondence, and maintain organized filing systems. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and coordinating effectively between staff, management, and clients. You will also assist with basic data entry and accounting tasks as needed, ensuring that all administrative workflows remain efficient in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a well-organized individual with a professional attitude and the ability to represent the company effectively.

Candidate Requirements

a. Proven professional experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably within the UAE

b. Fluency in English (spoken and written) and the ability to speak Malayalam

c. Working knowledge or ability to communicate in Arabic is required

d. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar administrative role

e. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

f. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
