•To lead on the development of effective and creative marketing and communication strategies, that are progressive and support organisational growth
•Build and deliver marketing campaigns, in line with the brand guidelines, mixing traditional and digital media, ensuring key messages are consistently delivered
•Identifying potential customers and how to communicate with them
•Build on brand awareness and positioning
•Oversee the social media marketing strategy and content marketing, working in partnership with the Digital Strategist
•Carrying out competitor analysis, to ensure the company’s marketing strategy is competing effectively
•Act as the gatekeeper for all brand guidelines across the group, ensuring all print and electronic materials, such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures are in line with the guidelines
•Lead on establishing brands and all re branding exercises, across the group
•Ensure that each subsidiary engages with a diverse audience, ensuring target audiences are communicated with regularly, positively and consistency, measuring impact and effectiveness
•Working closely with other heads of departments on company projects
•To play an active role in the annual business planning process, with the ATI Business Partnering Team, for each subsidiary
•Previous experience as a Marketing Manag of Marketing is essential
•Have a broad range of professional management, communication and marketing skills
•Proven market research skills
•Experience of digital media platforms
•Ability to grow value in a brand
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•Effective presentation and consultative communication skills
•The ability to influence, based on clearly articulated recommendations and concisely presented data
•Sharp problem solver, with ability to get things done and promote change
