The Role:

This role is encapsulating both telephone sales as well as face-to-face sales and customer service on an equal basis, as such those with a sales or customer service background will be preferred.

Expectations:
Call potential clients to arrange appointments and field questions and queries
Perform quality sales qualification and needs analysis for the client
Learn and develop an intricate knowledge of the business and facilities and become.
Provide world-class facility viewings for prospective members
Follow up with clients and new members to ensure client satisfaction
Be able to provide a thir sales success plan
Assist as required with the day-to-day running of the gym supporting any department as requested
