MEP Technician with min 3 + years’ Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works experience. Tasks include equipment installation, AC technici, piping fabrication & installation works, cabling & termination, repairs within the capabilities of the maintenance services division and the employee’s experience and certifications
Job Responsibilities
· Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
· Measuring and marking pipes for cutting and threading. Assembling and welding pipe components and systems. Securing pipes to walls and fixtures with brackets, clamps, and welding equipment. Ordering required materials such as pipes, hangars, brackets, hydraulic cylinders, etc.
· Installation of Cables, sockets, switches, cable trays, trucks & conduits.
· Basic knowledge of electrical works & wiring.
· Conduct maintenance of electrical & mechanical systems
· Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide

Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical and other systems
· Demonstrated experience as a mep technician
· Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
· Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
· Experienced in operating a variety of mechanical equipment
· Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· EPA technician certification required
· Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
