Education :
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products at all times.
• Providing nails product veteran education and nails techniques student education (L&P, UV gel, sculpting, manicure, pedicure, nail art, nail design and hand & foot treatment)
• Educating our new and existing customers directly and via our employees by educating them on our new and existing products.
• Preparing and providing sales force Products and techniques trainings.
• Handling the products demonstrations and products introductions.
• Preparing and providing Seminars in launching events and similar occasions.
• Handling the exhibition client technical assistance and initialization.
• Providing workshops.
• Conducting Indoor and Outdoor Trainings and Demonstrations.
• Responsible of all events preparations: invitations, confirmations, give away gifts and samples, AV coordination, internal decoration, products delivery, documents delivery, catering…
• Maintaining a focused and engaging training environment among indoor and outdoor sales team and nails technicians.
• Evaluating potential nails technicians’ performance and develop training plans to elevate standards.
• Present and demonstrate technical nails education in accordance with our standards.
• Monitoring and evaluating future technicians’ technical progress in experimental phase.
Administration :
• Publicity Ads, invitations, confirmations, flyers, B to C forms, B to B forms…
• Packing, unpacking, offers, promotions building assistance.
• Applications fillings
• Applicants evaluations
