1. Purchase orders and invoices processing
2. Proposals / quotations
3. Bank transfers
4. Appointments / coordination for the company engineers
5. Book flights / hotels for business trips
6. Visas / Emirates ID cards / trade licence / office rent contract processing
7. Regular customer calls
8. General office upkeep (stationary, cleaners contract)
This is a general office general day to day running. Administration experience and communication skills are required. A professional attitude is also important. U experience is preferred.
Salary: AED5000 per month
