Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth functioning workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting office staff, and maintaining office systems. Key duties include managing schedules, handling correspondence, assisting in bookkeeping, and coordinating office supplies. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
Manage schedules, appointments, and office supplies.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Support office staff and management with administrative tasks.
Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and record keeping.
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained.

Qualifications:

Bachelor in Business Administration (Preferable Masters in Business Administration)
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
