Job Description

1. Perform clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, preparing payrolls, managing employee records, placing orders, and answering calls.
2. Preparing daily reports.
3. Interacts with customers, visitors and suppliers.
4. Soring and distributing incoming email. Ensuring that that every email is acted upon the same day.
5. Arranges meetings by cold calling- generating sales leads.
6. Assists in setting up new client accounts.
7. Maintains accurate records and enters data.
8. Answer’s customer questions and confirms customer orders.
9. Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary.
10. Performs additional duties when required, including drafting brochures and organizing the filing system etc.


Candidate Requirements

Graduate with Previous Experience in a Related Field.
Preferred; Self-Driven; Good Knowledge of English and Basic Hindi (Speaking); Excellent Customer Care Skills; Exceptional Communication Skills; Ability to Maintain a Strict Level of Confidence; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs; Professional Appearance; Excellent Typing Skills; Highly Motivated and Ability to Prioritize Efficiently; Ability to Work Alone or As Part of a Team; Enthusiastic and Reliable; Knowledge of Basic Office Management Procedures; Reliable
