**Job Summary:**
Le Maitre, a niche luxury perfume brand, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable **Sales Associate** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-end, ingredient-focused fragrances and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our discerning clientele. You will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our brand's commitment to sustainability and unique craftsmanship.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance consultations.
- Educate customers on the luxury ingredients and unique qualities of Le Maitre’s perfumes.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by developing client relationships and repeat business.
- Ensure the store and product displays reflect the brand’s high standards and aesthetic.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Le Maitre’s product lines and new fragrance launches.
- Process sales transactions using the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and product replenishment.
- Participate in promotional events and product demonstrations to enhance brand awareness.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment that reflects Le Maitre’s luxury ethos.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in luxury retail or fragrance sales (preferred).
- A deep passion for and understanding of niche perfumes and high-end products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with high-end clientele and offer exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
- Familiarity with sustainability and eco-conscious products is a plus.
- Basic POS and computer skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
