Job Description

The Office Assistant to the CEO will provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and other executives. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring all arrangements are made in advance.
Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and action items for meetings.
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all items are in good working order.
Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO or other executives.
Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees.
Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or office administrator.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the UAE business culture.
