Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency.
Maintain and improve office procedures and policies for optimal workflow.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Handle internal and external communications professionally and promptly.
Human Resources Support:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding new hires.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related tasks.
Financial Administration:
Support finance department with invoicing, expense tracking, and other financial tasks.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
Facility Management:
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space.
Coordinate with building management for facility-related matters.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Knowledge of HR and financial processes is a plus.
