Job Title:On-site Contruction Project Doent Administrator
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (site-based)
Employment Type: Full-time, 1-year renewable contract
About Us:
All Good is a construction and engineering company operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We deliver building and civil works and are expanding our site team. We are looking for a meticulous Site Doent Controller to manage all project doentation on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain the project doent control system (drawings, transmittals, correspondence)
- Manage incomi doents: logging, numbering, version control, distribution
- Prepare and file meeting minutes, dai reports, and progress records
- Handle RFI, variation, and submittal tracking; coordinate with consultant / client
- Compile and organize as-built and handover / close-out doentation
- Control material inspection and test records (with and HSE teams)
- Ensure ISO doent-control compliance and confidentiality of project data
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of site / project doent control experience (3+ years preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Aconex / SharePoint / Autodesk Build is a strong advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English (working language); Arabic is a plus
- Prior GCC / Saudi project experience is an advantage
- Transferable Iqama preferred (candidates already in Saudi Arabia)
Salary Package (based on experience):
- 1-3 years: SAR 4,500 / month (all-inclusive)
- 3-5 years: SAR 6,000 / month (all-inclusive)
- 5+ years: SAR 8,000 / month (all-inclusive)
Package includes: basic salary + housing allowance + transport allowance + performance bonus + medical insurance + annual air ticket + employer-sponsored Iqama + end-of-service benefits per Saudi Labor Law.
