Key Job Role:
You will be responsible for all day to day operation of the manufacturing plants with QHSE Standards.
Job Description:
• Coordinate with head manufacturing to prepare annual budget, implement and set up strategies and goals.
• Responsible for smooth running of operations in order to achieve and enhance work in progress.
• To ensure, proper project planning and cost effective in making profitability.
• A proper management ethic to be followed in project as well with the team in regards to safety and client expectation.
• Responsible for proper utilization of resources including, financial resources in the best possible manner.
• Maintain Strong interaction with the clients and ensure that all elements are best meeting the client expectation for developing new business.
• Provide guidance to design and project management in charge on contract administration during the course of the project to ensure the company interest are protected and furthered.
• Knowledge about ISO Audits and Procedures
• To ensure that improvement initiatives related to engineering chan model introduction to improve product quality, manufacturing cost reduction, capacity growth, equipment reliability and productivity improvement are being taken.
• Comply with all the standards as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work.
