Job Description for the Operation Executive:
•Develop, review, and update tour itineraries for corporate clients and other travel agencies, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are profitable for the company.
•Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers to ensure that all arrangements for corporate and other travel agency clients are made in advance.
•Manage budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure that all corporate events and other travel agency bookings comply with company policies and regulations.
•Provide excellent customer service to corporate clients and other travel agencies, addressing their concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
•Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
•Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop marketing strategies that promote the company's services to potential clients.
•Coordinate with tour guides and other staff to ensure that they have the necessary resources and information to provide quality tours and services.
•Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing databases.
•Ensure that all tours and events comply with safety regulations and company policies and coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and licenses.
•Manage complex projects and work well under pressure, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
•Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
•Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, and continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Knowledge of:
GDS, Airline platforms, and B2B platforms for Air and Non-Air services are required.
3+ years’ experience is required.
A UAE driving license is preferred.
