We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their cleaning requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential sales opportunities.
Present and demonstrate our cleaning services to clients, showcasing the benefits and value they can expect.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing sales deals and achieving revenue goals.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience in the UAE, preferably within the cleaning industry.
Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals and achieving sales targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a valid UAE driver's license.
