Partner Success Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with brokers, affiliates, influencers, agents, and other business partners promoting our crypto card. The role will focus on partner onboarding, activation, performance, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new business partners.
Build strong relationships with brokers, affiliates, agents, and influencers.
Help partners understand the crypto card, fees, benefits, and onboarding process.
Support partners with marketing materials, campaigns, and sales strategies.
Track partner performance, card applications, activations, and transaction volume.
Coordinate with compliance, operations, marketing, and customer-support teams.
Resolve partner and customer issues quickly.
Conduct regular performance reviews and help partners achieve their targets.
Collect partner feedback and suggest product improvements.
Ensure partners follow KYC, compliance, and brand guidelines.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
Experience in partnerships, account management, business development, fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services.
Strong communication, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of cryptocurrency, digital payments, and card products.
Ability to manage multiple partners and performance targets.
Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Number of partners onboarded and activated
Cards ordered and successfully activated
Active card users and transaction volume
Partner-generated revenue
Partner retention and satisfaction
Issue-resolution time
KYC and compliance quality
Suggested reporting line: Head of Partnerships / Business Development Head.
