Job Description

The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a diverse set of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.

Travel and Logistics:

Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and manage travel-related doentation.

Administrative Tasks:

Conduct research and compile reports or briefings as needed.
Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
Coordinate and execute special projects or initiatives as assigned.

Communication and Coordination:

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and intern stakeholders.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Office Management:

Oversee the organization of the CEO’s office space and ensure it is well-stocked and maintained.
Assist with event planning, including company functions, conferences, and off-site meetings.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role, ideally supporting senior executives or CEOs.

Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
