· Manage CEO | owner's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
· Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the owner
· Manage expenses and financial records
· Conduct research and gather information as needed
· Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications
· Handle confidential information with discretion
· Organize events and special projects
· Prepare reports, presentations, and doents
