•A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in construction project planning, with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE.
•Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6.
•Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Detail-oriented and highly organized.
•Experience working on large-scale building projects.
