Fanar Arabian International is hiring a Planning Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, prepare and update baseline schedules, monitor project progress against approved programs, analyze delays and critical activities, prepare recovery and mitigation plans, coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors, prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, track project milestones and deliverables, support resource and manpower planning, and provide accurate schedule forecasts to support successful project execution.

a. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
b. 5–8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
c. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
d. Excellent knowledge of project scheduling, progress tracking, critical path analysis, and delay analysis.
e. Mandatory experience in residential, commercial, and villa construction projects.
f. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
g. Good understanding of construction methods, project control, and project reporting.
h. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
i. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
j. Candidates must currently be residing in Saudi Arabia.
