Job Description

Responsible to plan, execute and program manage set up of complex, strategic across all technology and non-technology components (Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk and Business areas) with full change management support to ensure effective benefits realization.
Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to deliver high strategic impact and realize significant financial and non-financial benefits. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and deliver to rigorous standards, deadlines and within budget (High Budget).
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The program manager will be responsible for delivering the objectives in the signed off business case and oversee governance and quality control throughout its life cycle.
Role holder will be expected to support the generation of the business case and subsequently planning, executing, controlling & closing of flagship business projects.
Programs to be delivered will be large scale (100+ stakeholders), across geographies and have business cases requiring investment in Billions USD and delivering value over lifecycle and play a key role in the achieving it’s strategic priorities and include significant amount of financial responsibility for program spend.
Role holder will be expected to operate effectively as an individual and lead cross-functional teams which will include senior management (up to EXCO) even though they will work in areas of significant ambiguity with limited access to information. This includes engagement, indirect management and influencing across all functions (business / IT / support / control) including ultimate responsibility for delivery across all functions.
Role holder will be required to grasp new concepts, thinking and technology and identify opportunities for practical application as well as challenge when they are not appropriate e.g. New Regulations, Digital, Blockchain etc.
Role holder will be expected to focus on the people side of change, changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize disruption and address negative concer to maximise buy-in and support.
Role holder will be expected to manage external 3rd party partner relationships from early commercial discussions, contracting, on-boarding, managing delivery, issue resolution and escalation, where needed.
Role holder will be required to communicate with regulators across different jurisdictions and be responsible for interpreting requirements to ensure the compliant.
Role holder will be expected to be able to influence senior management stakeholders to take a change decisions despite not having any line management authority.
Role holder will be required to support line manager in developing and delivering communications and stakeholder engagement up to Executive level and prepare progress updates for Group CEO.
