· Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
· Lead and managed projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and objectives
· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
· Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies
· Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reports
