Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Led and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within-budget
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and objectives
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies
Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reports
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
Review and approve project plans, designs, and doents· Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors
Provide technical support and guidance to project team members
Continuously seek to improve project management processes and procedures
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
Required: Bachelor's Degree / At least 3 years of experience in UAE- Interior Fit-out License
Preferred language: Arabic and English / Site Engineer Experienced
