Fit Out Experience is must
 Dealing with Clients (Engineers, Architect, Contractors, etc. For Technical issues and concerns
 Dealing with suppliers for preparation of all the materials required for projects.
 Getting Samples to make sure they are providing good quality of work and having enough resources (manpower) considering the budget.
 Prepare the construction scheduled as per the time frame required by Client.
 Prepare the manpower required for each project considering all the scope of works
 Attend site meeting to discuss work accomplishment project concern and deadlines.
 Providing the scheduled / work plan for all the sub-contractors to prevent any problem that will cause delay on the project.
 Assuring material will arrived on scheduled time.
 Providing monthly accomplishment report to prepare and submit progress invoice on required submission dates job requirements
 3 – 8 related experience in Architecture / Interior Design
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the coordination and control of the project from design stage, through to completion and the handover of the project to the client. Day to Day management of operation on site, ensuring that the project is brought to successful completion and meet the required time, budget and quality constraint. Ensuring timely management of any unforeseen delays. Regular monitoring and liaison with the project manager on the master programme and development of stage /section programmes as required.
      Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure adequate labor and subcontract resources is available on site utilizing the agreed agency list. Carry out toolbox briefings to the site teams and sub-contractors. Plan and efficiently organise the site facilities and logistic, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff fulfil the role of Works Co-ordinator on the project. Requisition all materials and oversee the deliveries and ensure they are done so in adequate time in line with the construction programme and procurement schedule. Effectively communicate with the design Team to ensure the timely release of design information. Supervise N manage and motivate all site team including effective management of Sub-Contractor activities on site ensuring they are engaged, on target in line with the master programme. Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulation, health and safety legislation as well as quality standards. Ensure the site team and Sub contractor are following common operational standards.
