We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing construction projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and project doentation.
Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to challenges.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, labor laws, and safety standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in UAE projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in UAE.
Proven experience with project management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
PMP / Prince2 or equivalent certification is a plus.
Knowledge of HSE and quality management standards.
