•Responsible for generating new project enquiries & customers and build & sustaining strong relationships & contacts with new clients, consultant & contractors and stake holders.
•Responsible to carryout proper market research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.
•He needs to be strong in assist in analyzing market trends. competitor activities and customer requireme to refine sales approaches.
•Actively promote and sell air conditioning products and services to clients in the assigned market.
•Achieve and exceed individual sales booking targets.
•Review enquiries and guide estimation team in making estimates & submittals.
•Review estimation provided & preparing quotations and submit the proposal in timely manner.
•Follow up submittals & approvals and coordinate with clients including meetings, presentations and proposals.
•Follow up with existing projects and coordinate with Service.
•Communicate with consultants /Contracto, Stake holders and developers on regular basis.
•Follow up the payments.
•Bring critical customer requirements back into the design team and prepare engineering proposals.
•Prepare quotations based on the site inspection conducted.
•Prepare and maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, submit regular sales reports, including sales forecast and revenue projections with daily sales activities to the management.
Experience & Knowledge:
•Minimum 5 years of experience in AC Project Sales
•Similar working experience in a reputed firm in UAE
•Strong product knowledge of Airside & DX / V
•Advanced HVAC Knowledge & Experience
