We are looking for a professional Real Estate consultant ideally with Dubai Real Estate experience.
• You will be self-motivated, passionate about your work and have a proven track record in real estate or sales.
• You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge.
• You will understand that commission-only brokers earn the most in the industry in Dubai and want to work without a
salary.
• Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.
• Advise selle on market conditions, values, and property legislation.
• Qualifying potential buye.
• Conducting viewings and follow up.
• Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
• Maintain regular contact with all clients.
The interested candidate should possess the following:
• UAE driving License and OWN VEHICLE
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian,
Mandarin, French is an advantage)
• Aggressive in achievement of monthly targets
• Strong negotiation skills
• Professional, dedicated, organized and good time management skills
• Should be presentable, physically neat and tidy
