Requirements:
•1+ years of Proven experience as a Property Consultant.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
•Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
•Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
•Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
•Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal.
•Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest.
•Analyzing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients.
•Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties.
•Good in Arabic, English, Russian, Urdu & French.
•Needed Nationality Syrian, Lebanese, Russian, Indian, Pakistani, Moroccan, Algerian, Uzbekistani.
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: Salary + Commission.
