1. Deal with Suppliers:- (Send enquiry, price Comparison, negotiation, order confirmation, payment follow up & production and dispatch follow up)
2. Prepare the templates of purchase orders for uploading, Posting and editing of Purchase Orders in the system after confirmation.
3. Insure the consignment after getting shipping documents.
4. Prepare monthly Sales, Purchase & Stock Analysis report and Import purchase and stock analysis report.
5. Prepare price update of Aluminum as per London Metal Exchange.
6. Always keep a track of Original Shipping documents and file the same.
7. Other Jobs required by Management.
1. Should have atleast 1 to 2 years of Experience in auto spare parts purchase.
2. Candidates who can able to join immediately can apply.
3. Should Have minimum Bachelor Degree.
