Responsibilities :
Purchasing booking for the group.
Receipt Note booking for the group.
Sales order booking for the group.
Delivery order booking for the group
Invoice booking for the group.
Ensure timely delivery and coordinate with sales ex. and supply chain team
Pending review on daily basis with GM and CEO.
Doentation ensure daily filing and tally verification daily basis.
Timely invoice and delivery note submission
Provide invoice and delivery note to sales executives whenever required (with in 3 days)
Timely receipt note making and required LPO preparation
Monthly Stock taking.
you ensure all delivery note and invoice is collected back from drivers & verified the same
day.
Enter all sales order on same day.
Ensure no negative stock in tally.
Ensure no pending entry in tally daily basis
