Duties and Responsibilities
Quality Inspection
Perform quality inspections at all stages of the construction process to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.
Supervise and record the quality of construction materials, workmanship and finished products.
Perform regular and random site inspections to ensure continued consistency of construction standards.
Testing and Verification
Perform necessary tests and verifications to ensure that construction materials and work meet quality standards.
Use measuring tools and equipment to accurately evaluate construction results.
Doent Management
Prepare and maintain detailed quality inspection records, reports and doents.
Ensure all quality control doents are accurate and submitted on time.
Issue Identification and Resolution
Identify quality issues and potential risks during the construction process.
Report quality issues to the project manager and assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions.
Follow up the implementation of corrective actions to ensure that problems are effectively resolved.
Compliance Inspection
Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, standards and industry specifications.
Work with external inspection agencies and client representatives to meet external audit and inspection requirements.
Training and Support
Provide training and guidance on quality standards and specifications to the construction team.
Assist the team to understand and implement quality control procedures and policies.
Job Requirements
More than 3 years of experience in quality control in the construction industry.
