We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, coatings, and finishes to buildings, walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and other surfaces while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primer.
-Mix and match paints, colors, and coatings according to specifications.
-Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other appropriate tools.
-Paint walls, ceilings, doors, windows, metal surfaces, and other areas as required.
-Perform interior and exterior painting works.
-Repair damaged or peeling paint and prepare surfaces for repainting.
-Ensure smooth, even, and professional-quality finishes.
-Protect furniture, flooring, equipment, and other areas from paint and damage.
-Follow project specifications, color requirements, and quality standards.
-Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
-Identify surface defects and recommend appropriate preparation or treatment.
-Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
-Complete assigned painting work within the required schedule.
-Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements
-vocational training, or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
-2 years of experience as a Painter.
-Good knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing.
-Experience with brush, roller, and spray painting.
-Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, coatings, and thinners.
-Ability to mix colors and achieve the required finish.
-Good attention to detail and quality.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.
-U experience is an advantage.
-Good communication skills.
