Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with ADNOC projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and tendering procedures.
Experience in preparing technical and commercial comparisons for subcontractors and suppliers.
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and working under tight deadlines.
Ability to attend and coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Proficient in reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract doents.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation software.
Familiarity with ADNOC standards and project requirements will be an added advantage.
