Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provides job coverage for radiological concerns during routine and special plant maintenance activities.
2. Performs routine and random radiation surveys (including personnel exposure, area, and equipment contamination, air samples) to assess radiological conditions.
3. Prepares, analyzes, surveys, package, and shipping of radioactive materials
4. Designates and operates temporary RCAs as needed
5. Monitors high radiation areas, locked high radiation area, contaminated areas, and airborne contamination areas.
We are looking for a radiation protection technician to work in a nuclear power plant in UAE.These experienced technicians shall be capable to work in Nuclear Power Plant and have the following qualifications:
1. Qualified AN 3.1 RP Technician or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years experience in the Nuclear Power Plant field
3. Must be English proficient
