We are looking for fresh and new talent to become a real estate broker and who have their own personal ambition to make over AED 500,000 per year in commissions.
Job Description
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability
Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments
Manage all leads in contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Required Work Experience a minimum of one or two years in Sal Servi Estate
Valid UAE driver’s license and self-owned car
Can communicate fluently English. Other languages are an added benefit
Self-motivated, great team player and goal oriented
Strong knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market preferred
Honest, Ethical and Compliant
Good communication, negotiation and closing skills
Provide excellent customer service
Experience:
sales: Min 1 year
Language: English Mandarin Arabic Hebrew Korean Hindi Persian Urdu
License/Certification:
driving license with own vehicle
