Key Responsibilities:
-Focus on creating strong client relationships by driving revenue through Sales in Off Plan / Secondary Market through regular farming & tapping your networks.
-Promote sales of properties through multiple channels, open houses, and accurate listings on property portals.
-Regularly visit developer offices & create strong networks as well attend new launch briefings.
-Be up to date with the Real Estate market trends and familiar about the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property, especially in area of specialization.
-Prepare Comparative Market Analysis & recommend market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list for properties.
-Assess buyers' needs and locate properties to match their requirements & close transactions.
-Assist buye in their property search and try to cross-sale and up-while building a strong relationship with the client.
Key Requirements:
· Sales Experience.
· Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license and car.
· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· Self-Motivated & Hardworking.
