Sunny Real Estate is a real estate brokerage representing clients in Dubai, New development, Commercial, Residential leasing and Luxury Real Estate across Dubai.
We are searching for property consultants experienced in Off-plan properties and secondary market. Knowledge of UAE real estate is required.
UAE Driver's license is a must.
Note: This is a 50-50 commission based job only. No basic salary or allowances.
Responsibilities:
· Stage and show living spaces
· Advertise and market living spaces
· Finds and reaches out to new prospects
· Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
· Negotiate living space, rent, and close deal with client
· Update CRM and respond to leads on a timely basis.
What we provide:
· 50% to 60% Commission.
. Tele-calling executive to call owners and landlords to procure units for the agents.
· In-house professional photographer for high-quality pictures.
· Ad Listing executive to display detailed ads on the various portals and refresh the ads to make sure they are on the 1st page.
· Admin executive to process Ejari / MOU and assist the agents in all documentation.
· Leads & Listing Support- Property Finder / Bayut / Dubizzle
· Employment Visa (After probation period is completed)
· Health Insurance.
· Access to developer inventories and offers.
· Incentives and awards to top performers.
· Great office location.
