Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with landlords and advise them on best methods for promoting their
properties
• Help in property promotion using best practices for particular areas and locations
• Understand buyer personas in order to match the right buyers with the right
property
• Provide buyers with advice about properties, local neighborhoods, and other
community aspects
• Make sure that all legal documents are filled and signed
• Analyzing data and market trends.
Requirements:
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- With at least 1 to 2 years experience as Real Estate Broker or Sales person.
- Candidates must be confident, and have a professional appearance
- Strong team player
- Excellent in time management
- RERA Certified is a plus
- UAE Driving License is a plus
