We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in renting residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Conducting property inspections and valuations
Developing and maintaining client relationships
Providing clients with information on properties and market conditions
Negotiating lease agreements.
Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends
Developing marketing strategies to attract new clients
Maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions
REQUIRMENT:
Proven track record of success in real estate sal or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Driving liscence & personal vehicle required
Immediate joinners prefered.
RERA Card required.
