Great Time Real Estate is looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent who can provide expert advice and guidance to clients seeking investment opportunities in the dynamic real estate market of Dubai. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach and strengthens client relationships. Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all real estate transactions.
Display and market real property to possible buyers.
Maintain records of customer details / sales visits .
Skills and qualifications
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
Proven track of successful sales record
Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and I, etc.)
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Must have a Bachelor's degree

Salary budget: upto 4000 AED /month + 50% commission
