Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through various channels, including networking and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients and stay informed about market trends and pricing.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing guidance and expertise throughout the transaction process.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the closing of real estate transactions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, inspectors, and appraisers, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent inside UAE is a MUST.
- Proficiency in English is a MUST.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
