As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting leads, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Responsibilities:
Prospect potential clients and leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct property showings and provide tours to potential buyers or renters.
Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding property investments, purchases, or leases.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients.
Prepare and present comparative market analysis (CMA) reports to assist clients in pricing their properties competitively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market trends, property laws, and financing options.
Collaborate with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.
Utilize CRM software and digital marketing tools to manage client databases and promote listings effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in Dubai's real estate market.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
