Sky Land Middle East Properties L.L.C. is a leading real estate agency based in Abu Dhabi and the sister company of Luxury Sky Land Properties L.L.C, which is based in Dubai. We are looking for an ideal candidate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various off-plan projects, finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then drive our buyers to close a deal and your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.
Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective clients into different off-plan projects.
- Stage and show living spaces.
- Advertise and market living spaces.
- Find and reach out to new prospects.
- At least 1 year sales experience, primarily in off-plan.
- Self-motivated and entrepeneurial.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid UAE driver's license and access to a car.
- Must be proficient (verbal and written skills) in English; another language is a plus.
