•Guide clients through the transaction process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
•Negotiate property sales and purchases, securing the best possible terms.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property inventory, and legal regulations.
Requirements:
•Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field.
•Strong drive for success in a commission-based environment.
•Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
•Ability to self-manage, analyze, and prioritize tasks.
•Current Real Estate Broker License (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
•High ethical standards and professionalism.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills (English speaker is required, Multilingual Advantageous)
