About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai, specializing in off-plan residential and investment projects. The role is ideal for agents who are confident dealing with investors, end-users, and international clients, and who have strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading UAE developers
Handle client inquiries, consultations, and property presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and end-users
Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and handover timelines
Coordinate with developers, internal teams, and doentation departments
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience in Dubai (off-plan preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Knowledge of Dubai developers, locations, and payment plans
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
