Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Utilize provided leads effectively to identify and engage potential buyers and renters.
Client Interaction: Conduct property viewings, answer client inquiries, and provide expert advice on the Dubai real estate market.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize commission earnings.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity to provide accurate information to clients.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and potential leads to expand your network.
Doentation: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and doentation required for property transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using real estate platforms and CRM systems.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
