Description of the Role:
- Design and develop engaging training materials covering essential topics such as real estate laws, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Deliver interactive training sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of our agents, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to ensure our programs align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Foster a supportive learning environment, offering ongoing mentorship and guidance to agents to help them excel in their roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new knowledge into training programs to keep our team at the forefront of the market.
- Collaborate with real estate companies and training institutions to promote and organize a variety of high-quality courses for continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate training or a related field with a focus on customer service is preferred.
- Solid understanding of real estate industry practices, including sales, leasing, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs, workshops, or seminars.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information.
- Strong presentation abilities to engage learners and facilitate interactive training sessions.
- Must be living in Dubai
- Flexibility to adapt training approaches and materials to accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels.
